Wave Runners
Ripcurl Lacrosse offers seasonal practice teams without tournament travel for girls ages 7, 8, 9, and 10. Wave Runners is open to both new and experienced players. This is a great way to dive into the game and experience being on a team, learning fundamentals, and competing in scrimmages.
Full gear, including eye protection and mouthguard, is mandatory for this level of competitive play. Uniforms are provided for tournaments. Cleats are recommended. Visit our Lacrosse Gear page to learn more.
All Wave Runner Girls must be US Lacrosse members.

Fall 2023 Season
Girls will be led through lacrosse drills and mini-games each week. Each hour session will be action-packed with drills requiring running and stick skills: working on hand-eye coordination and team cooperativeness. Each week the emphasis will be on stick skills, basic lacrosse fundamentals, and fun. Come play lacrosse!
